Covid-19 Vaccine Pop-Up Clinic at SACSS

From April 22nd to 25th, the SACSS office will become a “Covid19 Vaccine Pop-Up Clinic.”
In partnership with NYC Health + Hospitals (New York City’s Health and Hospitals Corporation, which operates public hospitals and clinics) we will be providing vaccinations at our office!
Vaccinations are by appointment only and for anyone in New York State over the age of 18. The SACSS team will be there to provide need language or related assistance. Please call our office at 718-321-7929 for more details, or to schedule an appointment.
