From legal information to rights education, SACSS’s Legal Clinic offers a weekly legal clinic
Thanks to our partnership with CUNY Citizenship Now! and Councilmember James F Gennaro’s office, we’re pleased to offer a long-awaited service for community members to help answer legal questions around immigration and related issues in a confidential setting.
- Legal Consultation
- Do you or someone you know have an immigration related legal issue that you could use some help with? SACSS is collaborating with CUNY Citizenship Now! to provide a wide range of free immigration related legal assistance. CUNY Citizenship Now! can assist with Naturalization applications for:
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
- Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
- Adjustment of Status (AOS); and
- Relative Petitions.
- Help with Replacement of Immigration Documents; Advance Parole; Re-Entry Permit; change of Address; and U.S. Passport Applications are also provided.
- Furthermore, we provide consultations on numerous other immigration matters. Community members can have individual consultations with an attorney in a safe and confidential manner. - Legal information clinics are held on Tuesdays from 10:00 Am to 5:00 PM at 143-06 45th Ave, Room 3, Flushing, NY 11355.

- SACSS Legal Clinic is staffed with experts who can help you fill out and find documentation for citizenship applications and related forms. And we do this in any one of the 20 languages our staff members speak: Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Nepali, Tamil, Telugu, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka, Malay, French and Haitian Creole, Spanish, and English.
