If you’re looking for a culturally appropriate environment to build your skillset, we can help! Our classes are offered to members of our community who want to improve different skills, whether it’s for a job, school, or daily life.

  • Improve Your English Literacy
    • Are you or someone you know looking to begin your English language journey? Or maybe you have basic English skills, and want to advance your communication skills. Either way – SACSS is here to support you! We offer free basic and advanced ESOL classes that will help you learn to read, write, and speak in English. Registration is open all year for both courses.
  •  Work on Your Computer Skills
    • SACSS welcomes community members who want to improve their computer skills. We have a 12-week course, which takes place on weekdays, to help you learn to use programs like Microsoft Word and Excel, advance your internet skills, search for jobs, and more. Contact SACSS for more information.
  •  Work on Your Tailoring Skills
    • SACSS welcomes South Asian/ AAPI & other immigrant women to join our 10-week (Monday through Thursday) Stitch with SACSS program to become financially independent by equipping yourself with a trade skill that you can use to earn income from the comfort of your home. After completing the training, you will receive a sewing machine to start your own home-based sewing business.
