New York Presbyterian Hospital Physiotherapist

On August 23, SACSS held a presentation for our senior community members at our Senior Center for managing neck and back pain. The presentation was made by a physiotherapist from New York Presbyterian Hospital in English, accompanied with live Hindi interpretation. 

Physiotherapists can have an important role in senior communities and their health — they can help seniors catch problems that might not seem like a big deal, but could lead to bigger issues down the line. This very informative presentation was then followed by a Yoga class that focused on the issues discussed with the NYP physiotherapist.
