SACSS seniors dance to the beat of Flamenco
On Thursday, Dec. 7 our seniors had a great time with their dance instructor, Aurora Reyes, who leads our Flamenco dance workout class at SACSS’ Senior Center. After moving to the beat of Flamenco, they enjoyed a nice dance session to a Gujarati folk song. We always do our best to incorporate light and fun workout activities for our seniors — whether it’s seated dancing or chair aerobics, Flamenco, Salsa or Bollywood. Dancing is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy, while socializing and having fun!
